Piedad Brox and Adrián Estrada attended this event with innovation to contribute their vision on one of the key disciplines in scientific research.
On August 26, 27 and 28, part of the IMSE team traveled to Santander to participate in one of the Summer Courses offered by the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP) in collaboration with the Digital Science and Innovation Platform (PTI Ciencia Digital). The training, entitled "Data in research: challenges and opportunities", took place on the Magdalena Peninsula and its main objective was to provide a current vision of the impact and challenges that the era of big data is bringing to all areas of research.
IMSE members Piedad Brox and Adrián Estrada attended this event with innovation by giving the workshops "Hardware security: introduction and practical case" and "Lessons learned in the implementation of ENS at IMSE" respectively, during the second day (focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), EOSC infrastructure and security), which undoubtedly aroused great interest among the attendees.
In this way, they collaborated in bringing the public closer to an essential tool in various areas of research such as Data Science, which is undoubtedly positioned as a key element in digital transformation.
