IMSE, once again featured in Nature journal

From the Microelectronics Institute of Seville we are pleased to announce the recent publication by the prestigious journal Nature Communications Engineering of the article entitled "A tunable multi-timescale Indium-Gallium-Zinc-Oxide thin-film transistor neuron towards hybrid solutions for spiking neuromorphic applications" to which researchers from our Center have contributed.

IMSE Nature journal

Fellows Bernabé Linares-Barranco, Hamidreza Erfanijazi and Alberto Patiño-Saucedo have worked to deliver a paper presenting simple FTF circuits for neuromorphic engineering with tunable time constants from microseconds to several days. This represents a major breakthrough in research, as it opens up new avenues for application, such as patient-specific self-learning AI biomedical devices that detect anomalies over a wide time interval.

We at IMSE would like to congratulate you on this research and congratulate you on the subsequent publication in one of the most highly valued media in the scientific community.
